Architectural Manager (Construction, Residential Project)

About the role

The Architectural Manager will lead site coordination for architectural trades on residential construction projects across Singapore. You will work closely with architectural services, subcontractors and other trades to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site coordination for architectural trades and overall site work.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight and documentation.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring and reviewing the construction management plan.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural and System‑Wide Contractors (SWCs).
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or architectural project management.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, maintain high quality standards and minimise defects.
