Assistant Application Manager / Senior SAP BW Analyst

About the role

IDC Technologies Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead and support SAP Business Warehouse (BW) solutions. The role combines application management with senior-level analysis, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of BW/BI environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP BW/BI applications, handling change and service requests as well as defect resolution.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs that adhere to SAP development standards.
• Manage software change, transport, and release activities in line with IT governance.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation, functional specs, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business users, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post‑implementation support.
• Deliver production support, monitor BW process chains, batch jobs, and data loads to ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP BW, SAP BOBJ and extensive work on SAP BW/4 HANA.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
