Assistant Community & Programming Manager

About the role

The Assistant Community & Programming Manager will support the creation and delivery of Mandala Club’s curated programming ecosystem, initially focusing on the Business & Technology pillar. Working closely with the Community & Programming Manager, you will research emerging trends, develop event concepts and help position Mandala as Singapore’s leading cultural and intellectual members’ club.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of the Business & Technology programming pillar, designing talks, salons, workshops, roundtables and networking experiences.
• Research emerging trends and identify opportunities for recurring series and marquee events.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, academics, policymakers and other industry leaders to create a strong speaker pipeline.
• Support sponsorship and partnership opportunities that enhance the programming ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Membership and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of events, preparing briefs, timelines and run‑sheets.
• Oversee the programming calendar, manage the flow of activities across teams and ensure quality and pacing throughout the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Member Relations to identify member‑led programming opportunities and co‑create content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curating and delivering events or programming for a professional audience.
• Strong research abilities to spot emerging trends in business and technology.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with speakers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and operational details.
• Passion for cultural and intellectual content and a keen eye for commercial relevance.
