Web and Email Marketing Consultant

About the role

PwC's Marketing and Communications department supports its internal clients by developing go-to-market strategies and building trust with new clients, using insights and analytics. This Web and Email Marketing Consultant role sits within the Clients and Markets team and reports to the web and email marketing lead. It is a hands-on, tactical position supporting the planning and execution of web and email marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital marketing projects, including updating web content, running email campaigns and supporting other digital requests.
• Extract, clean and organise data from various sources to create data visualisations that help stakeholders make agile, data-driven decisions.
• Design and prepare brand-compliant images, videos and documents for web and email use.
• Follow market trends and collaborate with the wider marketing and communications team on digital growth strategies and innovative techniques.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders across business units for go-to-market and firmwide marketing efforts.
• Manage and support internal communication content on platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint.
• Provide data and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience designing websites and applications and interfacing web applications.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with web analytics software such as Google or Adobe Analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of the marketing process and interest in SEO, SEM and business analytics.
• Strong project management skills on multiple simultaneous projects, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Preferred: content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
