Assistant Digital Marketing Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Our client, a large multinational healthcare distributor, is looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join its Singapore team. You will own patient‑facing digital marketing strategies across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, driving activation, engagement and adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute patient activation and engagement strategies, including disease awareness and treatment adherence initiatives.
• Plan and manage omnichannel digital campaigns across websites, patient portals, social media, SEM/SEO, email and mobile platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and performance optimisation.
• Design and enhance digital components of Patient Support Programs to improve enrolment, activation and retention.
• Create patient‑centric content in line with medical and regulatory guidelines and support production of educational assets such as videos and webinars.
• Leverage CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to deliver personalised engagement and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices or consumer health.
• Hands‑on experience managing patient‑focused digital campaigns and a solid understanding of omni‑channel marketing, customer journey mapping, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms and knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and compliance.
• Awareness of AI and personalisation technologies is an advantage.
