About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeper to join the housekeeping team at JEN Singapore Orchardgateway, a vibrant hotel located on Orchard Road. In this role you will support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the hotel’s rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in directing daily housekeeping operations.
- Monitor and control staff attendance and manage shift rosters.
- Supervise team performance and ensure smooth process flow.
- Maintain quality‑assurance standards across all rooms and public areas.
Required profile
- Pride in being a hotelier and passion for hospitality.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and team members.
- Relevant housekeeping experience and solid understanding of room operations.
- Detail‑oriented, guest‑focused and strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a can‑do attitude.
- Willingness to adhere to the hotel’s grooming and uniform guidelines.
