Assistant HR Manager

About the role

The Assistant HR Manager will support HR operations for our Singapore office, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and delivering end‑to‑end HR services to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR spectrum in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Singapore regulations.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Group HRIS for the Singapore site.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Promote a unified company culture aligned with group values and mission.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by Senior Management or the Group HR Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of HR experience in Singapore, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and talent development.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours when required and to visit project sites.
