About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the efficient operation of the Cantonese restaurant outlet at Andaz Singapore. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will help drive guest satisfaction, maintain brand standards, and contribute to the outlet’s profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor and control labour and food costs while adhering to budget targets.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service in line with Hyatt International guidelines.
- Address guest feedback promptly to maximise satisfaction and repeat business.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse guest base.
- Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Manager in a hotel or large Cantonese/Chinese restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management, operational standards, and financial goal setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
