Assistant Manager, Corporate Leadership and Innovation Programme

About the role

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Corporate Leadership and Innovation Programme (CLIP), which runs the NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur). The incumbent develops, promotes and oversees the business development and implementation of local and international executive programmes, and ensures they are profitable and sustainable through collaboration with industry partners and stakeholders such as Enterprise Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan marketing strategies to grow the business of NTUpreneur's executive programmes, including digital and print collateral, and seek corporate clients and global executive training platforms
• Coordinate with corporate clients, faculty and the Senior Assistant Director (CLIP) to design customised executive programmes, and suggest trending topics and markets
• Oversee course quality, instructor selection and onboarding, and manage logistics, schedules and participant feedback
• Engage individual and corporate stakeholders, run engagement activities, and identify and secure training grant opportunities
• Oversee the programme's budget and expenditure, prepare monthly financial reports, and submit grant applications and course submissions to SkillsFuture/SSG

Required profile

• Degree in business or entrepreneurship with at least 3 years of experience leading a continuing education (CET) programme in an institute of higher learning or equivalent
• Experience working with government or quasi-government agencies and administering grant processes and audits
• Good network of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and industry partners
