Assistant Manager - FP&A, Regional Business Intelligence & Planning

About the role

The Assistant Manager – FP&A will support the regional finance team by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide senior management decisions across multiple markets. This role bridges local business units and group leadership, ensuring financial performance is accurately captured and strategically communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional and local stakeholders across functions to translate business performance into strategic recommendations.
• Drive the preparation of critical management reports, dashboards, and executive‑level communications for regional business reviews.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on financial and operational results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across markets and functions.
• Design, maintain, and continuously enhance reporting frameworks to improve visibility into performance.
• Lead automation and process‑improvement initiatives to streamline FP&A workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Support high‑impact strategic projects and ad‑hoc analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities, with experience delivering data‑driven insights under pressure.
• Organised with proven prioritisation and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
