Assistant Manager, FP&A – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Assistant Manager, FP&A (Regional – SEA) supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for Singapore and the Philippines. Acting as a trusted finance business partner, the role provides insights to drive profitability, cost optimisation and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for Singapore and the Philippines.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and KPI analysis, and conduct detailed variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, HR and other functions to improve business performance and support pricing, cost‑optimisation and investment decisions.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, analyse labour costs, operating expenses and sales performance, and drive accountability through performance tracking.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, develop dashboards and support ERP, BI and reporting system implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting multi‑country or regional operations, preferably in hospitality, aviation, travel retail or related service industries.
