Assistant Manager / Manager, Marketing Communications

About the role

AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm, is looking for an Assistant Manager or Manager of Marketing Communications in Singapore. You will act as an active partner to the business leaders in Singapore, helping develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans that strengthen AECOM's profile among target market sectors and client groups such as Transportation, Water and Environment, and position the company to win targeted opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead account-based marketing strategies and campaigns across online and offline channels, with thought leadership as a core element and client-focused activities.
• Support client development, pre-positioning and proposal support for priority pursuits together with the wider marketing and business development team.
• Manage the development and maintenance of marketing collaterals in line with strategic priorities.
• Manage internal communication, including key leadership messages, employee communications and townhalls, in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in fields such as business administration, communications, economics or journalism.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working experience.
• Strategic or account-based marketing experience, preferably in professional services firms or in B2B roles.
• Experience supporting bids and proposals is an advantage.

Required skills

• Ability to connect with and work alongside key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Self-starter who can initiate plans with minimal supervision.
• Ability to develop content such as thought leadership materials.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as AI, social media and websites.
• Skills in coordinating events.
