Assistant Manager / Manager, Transformation Office (2-Year Contract)

About the role

This is a 2-year contract position within the Transformation Office, which works closely with senior management and MPA divisions to accelerate transformation efforts and improve critical processes. The role focuses on developing and enhancing digital learning platforms and knowledge management systems, with a particular emphasis on e-Learning content for operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• E-Learning content and knowledge management: coordinate between subject matter experts and SCORM developers to create maritime-specific content, govern e-learning content, manage user feedback and drive intranet knowledge management.
• Change management and communications: turn user feedback into improvements, write user guides and training materials, and create communication strategies, publicity materials and success stories to promote a growth mindset.
• Citizen developer movement: give level 1 technical guidance to ServiceNow citizen developers, govern low/no-code developments on ServiceNow, and communicate the citizen development work.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder collaboration, content creation and communication.
• A flair for writing and good aesthetic sense.
• An independent officer with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working with digital enterprise systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Articulate and/or other e-Learning platforms is an advantage.
