Assistant Manager – Operations (Allied Health)

About the role

This position supports projects that organise place‑based and person‑centric rehabilitation care for patients across Singapore. You will help improve rehabilitation outcomes and strengthen integration among rehabilitation settings while providing operational support for assigned services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to improve rehabilitation care delivery and patient flow.
• Identify barriers to change and support the development of structures, enablers, and best practices with the healthcare team.
• Support review and enhancement of policies and processes to achieve value‑driven rehabilitation outcomes.
• Foster collaboration and manage change among internal stakeholders and external community partners.
• Provide operational support for change‑management initiatives related to the Framework adoption.
• Coordinate care for patients with complex needs to ensure continuity of rehabilitation services and minimise premature dropout.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned rehabilitation services, programmes, or functional areas.
• Administer collection, entry, extraction, processing, analysis and compilation of key patient data.
• Prepare regular reports, presentation materials and documentation for relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare or community care sector.
