Assistant Manager, Organisation Development

About the role

Woodlands Hospital, a next-generation integrated acute and community hospital in Singapore, is hiring an Assistant Manager for Organisation Development (OD). The role supports the Chief, People & Organisation Development and the OD team in building a culture of trust, engagement and empowerment, strengthening strategies and processes, and building organisational capacity to respond to changing healthcare needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support OD interventions, engagement and translational simulation, including the OD consulting process from contracting to execution and evaluation, and co-lead evaluation and data analysis
• Help clients turn data into action plans and co-facilitate interventions based on action research and group dynamics
• Build and sustain high-performing teams, co-facilitate team coaching and create safe spaces for contribution
• Contribute to capacity and capability building, and to organisation-wide change management projects, including designing plans for adoption of change and surfacing resistance
• Take part in cross-cutting and organisation-wide projects and other assignments given by the Chief, People & Organisation Development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in organisational behaviour, psychology, social work, sociology, communications or a related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of related experience in healthcare and/or organisation development capacity
• Certificates in established OD programmes and a healthcare background are an added advantage
• Strong interest in project management and previous data management experience (e.g. surveys)
• Comfortable with ambiguity, lateral thinking, and able to work in close-knit teams; long hours, weekends and public holidays may be required
