Assistant Manager, Partnership Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Partnership Marketing will lead co‑marketing initiatives with external partners to drive demand across key business periods. You will align campaigns with the annual thematic calendar, ensuring both baseline and peak‑demand moments are supported.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute partnership‑led demand generation campaigns across CRM, digital, social, and offline channels.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and roll‑outs for multiple partners, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Translate company priorities into clear partner asks, adapting formats to fit partner ecosystems while meeting marketing objectives.
• Leverage partner databases, platforms, and content ecosystems to amplify reach and awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt assets for partner‑specific formats and maintain consistent messaging.
• Track and consolidate performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) to assess partner contribution and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing and other business units to ensure seamless alignment.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing, activations, brand experience, or experiential campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the attractions, tourism, or destination marketing sector.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Critical thinker, creative problem‑solver with strong project‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
