Assistant Manager – Sea Export Freight Forwarding

About the role

The Assistant Manager will oversee sea export freight forwarding operations, ensuring smooth coordination between overseas offices and local contractors. This role is based in Singapore and works closely with customers to keep them updated on shipment status.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Provide timely updates to customers on collection, shipping, and arrival dates.
• Handle and process all shipping documentation and customs declarations.
• Enter shipment details, invoices, and related data into the in‑house operations system.
• Perform other operational duties as required and report to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or similar logistics roles.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight is an added advantage.

• Salary SGD 3,500–4,500 per month plus AWS, variable and performance bonuses.
