Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Service Academy

About the role

The Service Academy, part of NUHS, is looking for an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to help shape recognition platforms, build partnerships and champion initiatives that raise the level of service culture across the organisation. The role centres on awards management, stakeholder engagement and learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Awards management: lead the coordination of quarterly internal service awards and external award submissions, call for submissions, consolidate evidence and manage scoring fairly, liaise with organising committees for award events, and run improvement projects using automation and APIs
• Stakeholder engagement: work with internal partners such as HR and external organisations to drive award participation, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
• Learning and exposure: organise site visits to renowned service organisations and curate rewarding experiences for staff
• Academy support: contribute to departmental functions such as co-training, e-learning and on-ground service coaching

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Learning & Development or a related field; ACTA and DDLP are an advantage but not required
• At least 3-5 years of experience in learning & development, awards management or stakeholder engagement
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team
