Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Centre for Person-Centred Care (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive on a contract basis for its Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC). The role provides operational, administrative and project coordination support to the Regional Health System's CPCC, helping spread the philosophy and practice of person-centred care across SingHealth and acting as a leading global partner in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, funding, implementation, evaluation, reports and publications so that programmes run effectively and meet CPCC's objectives.
• Work with stakeholders on grant applications and funding, and manage documents such as non-disclosure agreements and research collaboration agreements.
• Work closely with CPCC management on short- to mid-term strategies to achieve the centre's vision and mission.
• Maintain databases and keep documentation of activities and programmes (workplans, reports) up to date.
• Update the intranet and networking media of CPCC and carry out other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Good presentation skills and strong writing ability.
• Highly independent but effective in a team setting, with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Analytical skills; knowledge of statistics, improvement methodologies and change management is an added advantage.
