Assistant Regulatory Manager / Senior Regulatory Executive – Complementary Health Products

About the role

The position involves conducting compliance checks, managing enquiries and creating digital training resources to ensure the safety of complementary health and cosmetic products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct post‑market compliance checks to ensure the safety of marketed complementary health and cosmetic products, and follow up on regulatory actions.
• Manage enquiries and feedback from industry stakeholders and the public, track key performance indicators through dashboards and analyse data to identify trends and service improvements.
• Develop digital resources such as video guides, e‑learning modules and visual step‑by‑step guides to support industry engagement and compliance.

Required profile

• Hold a degree or knowledge in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology or related fields; candidates without prior experience may apply if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to assess information from multiple sources, work with dashboards or basic data‑tracking tools (e.g., Excel), and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
