Assistant Vice President, Corporate Finance

About the role

This is a key role to support ongoing Corporate Finance and Treasury activities, including debt sourcing, financial and tax structuring for each investment deal, and loan covenant monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and tax structuring for each investment.
• Scope and review financial and tax due diligence for each investment when required.
• Responsible for debt sourcing for new investments or refinancing.
• Review financing solutions, analyse and recommend strategies to raise new debt or refinance.
• Review and complete loan documentation for draw‑down.
• Work with internal stakeholders to address cash‑flow requirements.
• Track and monitor loan portfolio, including interest costs, loan covenants and refinancing needs.
• Prepare or review quarterly investor reports, periodic group treasury reporting, and board papers on financing.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Management with 6‑8 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in similar scope; REIT/corporate treasury or Capital Markets experience highly relevant.
• Experience in real‑estate investment industry or non‑recourse financing is an added advantage.
• Self‑motivated team player, meticulous, organized, quick learner with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder‑management ability across functions and levels.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Some supervisory experience.
