Associate Executive, BSS CSS Management Unit (Contract)

About the role

The Breast Cervical Screen Singapore (BSS/CSS) Management Unit at SingHealth supports and promotes the national women's screening programme, which helps reduce cancer mortality and encourages early detection. As an Associate Executive on a contract basis, you will provide administrative and operational support so the programme runs smoothly, acting as the first point of contact for women seeking information and appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, dispatch and troubleshoot result, rescreen and follow-up letters within deadlines, using courier or SingPost
• Manage follow-up tasks: retrieve voicemails daily, return calls to clients, monitor undelivered mail, update client details in the system, and reprint letters on request
• Handle customer service: answer calls, respond to enquiries from clients, physicians and healthcare workers, manage appointments, cancellations and rescheduling, and record public feedback
• Maintain database systems, prepare monthly statistical reports and ensure accurate data collection
• Support education and outreach: coordinate talks, booth exhibitions and roadshows, liaise with public organisations, and prepare event materials
• Monitor and replenish office inventory, liaise with vendors for letterheads, envelopes and pamphlets, coordinate with courier services and SingPost, verify invoices and claim submissions, and maintain office equipment

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline, or GCE N-Level/equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency
• Prior customer service experience in a healthcare or call centre setting is advantageous
• Pleasant disposition, good phone etiquette, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work occasional weekends or evenings for roadshows and events, and to travel occasionally to SingHealth polyclinics and hospitals
