Associate Executive, Clinical Services (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is hiring an Associate Executive for Clinical Services (Community) on a contract basis. The role covers community-related engagement with partners and programme target groups, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing administrative support for projects and services within the polyclinics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on programme-related duties
• Engage programme target groups to achieve programme KPIs
• Assist with referrals and appointment booking as required
• Follow up on programme indicators and target groups
• Support programme-related outreach, events, talks, surveys and meetings
• Data entry, collation of data and statistics, and maintenance of tracking lists
• Keep programme spaces well maintained
• Other duties assigned

Required profile

• Diploma plus at least 2 years' experience, or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level plus at least 8 years' experience
• Positive, service-oriented and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work 5.5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented and resourceful

The work location is the Punggol Polyclinic.
