Associate Executive, Info Systems & Knowledge Management (1-Year Contract)

About the role

The Division of Informatics & Data (DID) is looking for an Associate Executive on a 1-year contract to help shape the digital future of the hospital. The role sits at the intersection of digital transformation, informatics, data governance and organisational change, working with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to improve patient care, operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities for digital, informatics and data initiatives, including EMR enhancements, healthcare systems implementation and workflow improvement projects.
• Support change management and communications by creating content such as infographics, presentations, videos and digital media assets.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support for committees, governance forums, workgroups and meetings, including minutes and follow-up tracking.
• Help collect, compile and maintain project, operational and governance information and reports.
• Liaise with clinicians, operational users, technology teams and external stakeholders to coordinate projects and close action items.
• Support the rollout of policies, guidelines, training and change management activities.
• Maintain departmental records, knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms and other administrative systems.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT, Healthcare, Business or a similar field.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Graphic design, infographic, video editing and digital content creation experience is an advantage.
• EPIC electronic medical records experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital content creation tools is an advantage.
