Associate Loyalty Marketing (Finance and Admin)

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for an Associate Loyalty Marketing (Finance and Admin) to join its Marketing Planning division. The role covers IT coordination, budget and billing administration, and fraud monitoring for the KrisFlyer loyalty programme.

Key responsibilities

• IT coordination: raise software and PC support requests, arrange system access, coordinate annual user ID recertification, physical assets verification, asset renewal and software licence checks, and track computer inventory
• Budget coordination: coordinate annual budget planning, handle budget overruns and forecasts with Finance, prepare capital budget forms, give monthly budget expense updates to department managers and submit monthly recharge reports
• Billing, invoicing and reporting: prepare month-end accruals and budget versus expenditure reports, raise and track third-party invoices, liaise with Finance on customer debtor billing codes, raise vendor invoices by email and work with the loyalty database team on billing reports
• Fraud investigation: monitor the electronic mailbox, act on suspicious accounts in the loyalty database, serve notices against sites selling or buying KrisFlyer miles, facilitate recovery of losses and run daily quality reports on suspicious activity and non-air redemptions
• Audit and testing: manage test production accounts and assist with testing of automation projects

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Finance or IT; fresh diploma holders with strong learning ability are considered
• Meticulous and attention to detail, organized and analytical
• Excellent verbal and written communication, process-oriented and outcome-driven
• Adaptable to a changing business environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital tools such as SharePoint and Office 365
