Associate Production Supply

About the role

Edwards is looking for an Associate Production Supply to support continuous manufacturing by ensuring materials, tools, fixtures and ancillary supplies are transferred to the clean room and production areas in line with clean room requirements. The role is open to candidates with secondary education and no previous related experience; prior GMP, clean room or medical device experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sufficient gowning room supply levels, including collecting, counting and storing gowns to and from vendors, and tracking availability in the system
• Replenish, stock and distribute clean room supplies to the clean room, general manufacturing area and gowning room in compliance with SOPs, and perform the required system transactions and documentation
• Deliver production materials, components and manufacturing aids to or from the warehouse and other production areas, and receive materials from the warehouse, sanitize, unpack and transfer them to containers or trays in the clean room according to SOPs
• Transfer used needles and emptied IPA/sparkling bottles to waste collection points, and dispose of or replenish chemicals such as IPA and Sporklenz in the clean room or manufacturing area
• Check deliveries for accuracy and timeliness
• Perform general work area housekeeping, sanitization with approved chemicals, material handling and printing, and follow company rules including pandemic protocols and environmental health and safety rules

Required profile

• Secondary education; no previous related experience required
• Ability to read, comprehend and speak English, with good communication skills
• Team player who can follow detailed operating instructions with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and willingness to complete ongoing equipment and process training
• Previous GMP, clean room or medical device experience preferred
