About the role
We are looking for an Associate in Talent Acquisition to own and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process. The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers across multiple levels and regional markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to various regions, including Singapore and other markets.
- Source high‑caliber passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage optimization tools and technologies to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Proven experience handling multiple roles of varying seniority levels.
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritisation, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
