Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

BIT is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its Sales, Customer Service and User Operations units. You will act as a trusted advisor to department heads, delivering practical HR solutions that drive performance in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Customer Service and User Operations leaders to understand people needs and business goals.
• Provide counsel on talent management, organisational development, performance management and employee relations.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, customer service and user operations roles across all levels.
• Analyse workforce requirements, develop headcount plans and monitor HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support performance cycles, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews and year‑end assessments.
• Lead change‑management initiatives that foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Handle employee‑relations matters fairly and timely, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a high‑growth, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of Singapore labour regulations and compliance requirements.
