Associate Talent Programme 2027 - Financial Consulting

About the role

Capco, a Wipro company and global technology and management consultancy focused on digital transformation in financial services, runs its Associate Talent Programme (ATP) as an entry point into consulting. It welcomes recent university graduates and professionals wanting to change careers, starting as Associate Consultants. The programme trains people in Agile, Business Analysis, Design Thinking and Project Management, and exposes them to financial domains and consulting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of market-changing solutions and strategies for regional and global clients.
• Work on projects with large international and local banks, insurance companies, payment service providers and other industry players.

Required profile

• Degree-educated from any background, interested in financial services, for a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Previous professional experience is advantageous but not limited to financial services.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Unrestricted working rights in Singapore; only Singapore citizens and permanent residents are considered, and employment pass sponsorship is not available.
• Availability to join in March 2027; the role is for students graduating in December 2026 or recent graduates.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio, PowerBI or Tableau are an advantage.
• Preferred: experience in consulting, financial services, programming or AI.
