About the role
SingHealth's Retail Pharmacy is looking for an Associate to support its warehouse and online operations. The role ensures efficient inventory management and good customer service across the pharmacy's retail network.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, carry out weekly cycle counts and take part in annual stocktakes, investigating any discrepancies
- Handle point-of-sale functions, generate invoices and shipping labels for online orders, and coordinate deliveries with logistics providers
- Support new outlet projects by coordinating consumables needs and stock transfers with other departments
- Maintain the online sales platform through accurate product uploads and pricing checks
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaints
Required profile
- NITEC, GCE N or A levels, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
- Fluent English and a second language
- Able to lift at least 5kg; daily work is physically demanding, involving lifting, standing and bending
