Assurance Transformation – Senior Associate / Assistant Manager

About the role

PWC's Assurance Transformation team in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to design, build and support automation solutions that enhance audit efficiency while meeting governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client‑facing and internal stakeholders to map business processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop automation solutions.
• Create automated data preparation, validation, reporting and analytics tools that deliver reliable insights.
• Partner with technology teams to define software, system and infrastructure requirements for automation implementations.
• Coordinate solution rollout, monitor outcomes, resolve issues and continuously improve based on feedback.
• Support adoption of assurance technology tools through guidance, issue resolution and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure all solutions comply with information security, data privacy, risk and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, process automation or digital transformation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, coordinate onshore and offshore teams and handle progress reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (desktop and cloud) and Copilot Studio.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Alteryx for data preparation and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
