Aviation Technology Sales Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is offering an internship with its Aviation business development team. The intern identifies and develops technology opportunities with aviation operators and airport-related organisations, working on real-world projects covering cloud, AI, data analytics, digitalisation, cybersecurity, smart airport solutions and airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support research and analysis of emerging aviation technology trends and airport digitalisation initiatives.
• Map potential business opportunities and technology requirements across the aviation sector.
• Support the sales team in preparing customer presentations, solution proposals and opportunity briefs.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify partners, technologies and differentiators.
• Support tender and proposal activities, including gathering requirements, organising information and preparing presentation materials.
• Develop sales and account intelligence to identify new opportunities and strengthen engagement with aviation customers.
• Support selected proof-of-concept or innovation initiatives, gaining exposure to how technology solutions are applied to real airport operations.

Learning and development

• Practical exposure to enterprise B2B sales and business development, and ICT solution selling and consultative sales.
• Cloud, AI, data and digital transformation concepts, and tender and proposal management.
• Customer engagement, presentation skills, market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Working with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
