Senior/Associate (Operations), Retail Pharmacy

About the role

SingHealth's Retail Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Associate to support the daily operations of its retail pharmacies, focusing on customer service excellence and efficient store operations. The role serves patients and customers across the retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the retail pharmacy while performing cashier duties and giving administrative support to colleagues.
• Manage the replenishment and display of products on retail shelves and stockholding areas, keeping them well presented and available.
• Upload price files so that prices and product information in the retail system are accurate.
• Set up promotional displays and materials.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organised.
• Enforce safety and security measures to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC, NITEC or GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level with at least 4 years of working experience, preferably in retail or with cashiering experience.
• Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment, and physically fit to lift at least 5kg.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change, including rotation of duties or outlets at short notice.

Required skills

• Good team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
