Baggage Handler – Changi Airport (Class 3)

About the role

Join the operations team at Changi Airport as a Baggage Handler (Class 3). You will work on a rotating 2‑day shift schedule, ensuring baggage handling processes run smoothly and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement seasonal schedules and keep the operational database up‑to‑date with real‑time data.
• Prepare and distribute reports such as Sitrep for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manually update Baggage Information and Flight Information Displays.
• Troubleshoot simultaneous scheduling conflicts and coordinate with the Engineering Baggage Control Room for real‑time operational changes.
• Ensure arrival baggage presentation performance and mishandling rate meet or exceed KPIs.
• Facilitate joint inspections with stakeholders and support VIP flight handling.
• Attend on‑site incidents and conduct investigation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of experience in airline or airport operations.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the baggage handling area and commit to shift and weekend work.
• Preferably holds a Class 3 driving licence for baggage trucks.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,650 to SGD 2,850.
• Shift pattern of 2 days work, 2 days off, covering both day and night shifts.
