Bank Business Analyst

About the role

The Bank Business Analyst will design, develop and maintain data solutions to support decision‑making within the Private Bank and the wider Group. This contract role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
• Integrate, consolidate and transform data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, inefficiencies and revenue growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support project management and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, business reports and analytical materials for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in business analysis within banking or finance.
• Strong ability to communicate complex findings to senior management.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue and operational efficiency initiatives.
