Barista – Full‑Time Coffee Shop Role

About the role

Join KOMMUNITY PTE. LTD. as a Barista and be the face of our coffee service across Singapore. You will prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, prompt service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks to consistent standards.
• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related bar equipment.
• Ensure drinks are presented neatly and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and thorough cleaning.
• Provide attentive, courteous service and collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous barista or café experience preferred.
• Friendly, service‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
