About the role

Join Sodexo Singapore at the Lakeside location to ensure smooth front‑line operations in food service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and related items while delivering a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Determine customer coffee preferences, present the menu, and follow drink recipes and preparation techniques.
• Sell and serve baked goods and other food items courteously.
• Safely handle all hot and cold drinks during preparation.
• Keep food counters and displays clean and tidy at all times.
• Serve customers promptly and handle feedback appropriately.
• Report actions taken on customer feedback to the Unit Manager after each meal.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any faults to management.
• Assist operations at other sites when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior.

Required profile

• Ability to serve customers promptly and courteously.
• Capability to handle customer feedback and report actions.
• Competence in operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Willingness to assist other site operations as needed.
