Beauty Advisor

About the role

Huda Beauty is looking for a Beauty Advisor in Singapore to run its assigned counter and deliver an exceptional brand experience that builds customer loyalty. The role covers sales, makeup consultations and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, luxury customer service through tailored beauty consultations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, explain benefits and ingredients, conduct makeup applications and product demos, and recommend suitable products.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, concerns and feedback.
• Achieve individual sales targets by turning consultations into sales.
• Maintain the counter to brand standards: clean, well-stocked, merchandised and in saleable condition.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, brand activations and in-store events.
• Monitor stock levels and help with inventory replenishment.
• Gather and share customer feedback, market trends and competitor insights with management.
• Represent the brand professionally, with good grooming and a consistent luxury experience.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or skincare.
• Professional certification in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets while delivering great customer service.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of makeup products, application techniques and beauty trends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
