BIM Manager

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital information management for our projects in Singapore. The role involves establishing and guiding BIM processes in line with ISO 19650, ensuring that client digital content is produced, stored, shared and exploited efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and Master Information Delivery Plans in collaboration with design and project teams.
• Review Client Information Requirements (EIRs) and act as Project Information Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a team to implement ISO 19650‑based information management, including setting up the Common Data Environment (CDE) and design delivery tools.
• Coordinate with client representatives to align delivery strategies and respond to BIM‑related queries.
• Support mobilization, risk register contribution, and tender response activities.
• Audit task teams to ensure compliance with Task Information Delivery Plans and project standards.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related AEC discipline.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and Singapore’s information management requirements.
• Experience in leading BIM processes on multi‑disciplinary construction projects.
• Ability to challenge existing practices and drive continuous improvement.
