BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to develop, maintain, and deliver high‑quality BIM models for our construction projects in Singapore. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure accurate documentation and visualisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Produce plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from BIM models with proper annotation for tender and construction phases.
• Develop and maintain office BIM standards, including sheet layout, layering, modelling processes, and drawing formats.
• Create and update BIM models in line with project BIM guidelines and requirements.
• Provide visualisations and shop drawings to support construction activities.
• Document project information according to BIM workflow and ensure timely delivery of models.
• Assist in BIM coordination, attend site meetings, and conduct site verification when required.
• Generate 2D families directly from models and ensure professionalism in model delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil & Building Construction, Architectural Technology, Quantity Surveying, or Architectural Draftsmanship (or equivalent).
• Certificate in BIM Revit (Level 1/2) and/or Certificate of Competency in Architectural BIM – optional but a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM‑related experience and at least 3 years of hands‑on work with Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to work independently, with good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
