Branch Service Executive

About the role

RHB Banking Group is looking for a motivated Branch Service Executive to deliver outstanding customer service at the branch level. You will support daily banking operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and transactions promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on RHB products and services.
• Support the implementation of customer‑service initiatives and maintain high service quality standards.
• Manage customer complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including cash handling, account opening, and transaction recording.
• Verify customer identification and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management protocols.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in banking, customer service, or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good planning, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
