Brand Trading Management Leader

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Brand Trading Management Leader in Singapore, responsible for driving trading management across multiple brands. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimise brand profitability, enhance client trading performance and improve the overall trading experience, using data-driven analysis and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise the P&L performance across multiple brands, analysing revenue composition, client profitability and risk exposure.
• Analyse client trading behaviour, client P&L, trading costs and risk performance, and review key clients, high-value accounts and exceptional cases.
• Develop optimisation strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Work with Dealing, Quantitative Research, Anti-Fraud, Product and Data teams on client, risk and trading management strategies.
• Review operational cases, establish SOPs and management frameworks, and work with Product and Engineering to improve Trading, Risk and Data infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Trading, Trading Operations, Risk Management or other financial services functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading businesses and risk management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, client behaviour analysis and risk control.
• Excellent analytical skills and hands-on experience in process optimisation and management framework development.
