Finance & Payroll Analyst - Asia

About the role

Aggreko is hiring a Finance & Payroll Analyst for its Asia business, based in Singapore. The role provides finance and payroll support across all Asia countries and acts as the key process owner for Payroll, Banking and Cash Management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing across Asia by coordinating with the People Services team and the outsourced payroll vendor.
• Review the computation file from the payroll vendor and obtain the necessary approvals.
• Facilitate employee payments through bank uploads so disbursements are made on time.
• Reconcile payroll data and upload it to the ERP system.
• Reconcile monthly the balance sheets of the Payroll and Employee accounts, with clear explanations.
• Handle treasury processes such as bank mandates, Trezone updates (including guarantee requests) and petty cash reconciliations.
• Monitor weekly cash forecasting and bank reconciliation, and act as the main contact for the Wipro BPO vendor on these matters.
• Own petty cash and cash advance processes, ensuring valid spend and timely liquidation of expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Finance & Payroll Analyst.
• Exposure to the Asia region is an added advantage.
• High level of credibility and ability to handle sensitive information.
