Building Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Singapore, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our buildings and estates. Reporting to the Site Head, you will carry out hands‑on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance to keep facilities in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical and plumbing drawings, and site plans.
• Conduct daily safety checks for electrical hazards, water ponding and collaborate with security personnel to maintain site safety.
• Assist with scheduled and ad‑hoc preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure proper functioning.

Required profile

• Proactive team player with relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
