Building Services Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Building Services Technician to join our team across Singapore. The role involves supporting daily operations of building systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ACMV, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify system performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Provide responsive customer service to tenants and management for building‑related requests.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Technicians with building‑service experience may apply even without a certificate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Fresh graduates with interest or experience in building services are welcome.
