Business Analyst - AI Projects

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring a Business Analyst in Singapore. You will gather, analyse and formalise users' business requirements and processes, evaluate the feasibility of implementation and manage the project scope.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and gap analyses of current business processes to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and formalise user requirements and processes, evaluate feasibility and manage project scope.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement business requirements.
• Prepare project documentation such as requirement and use case specifications, and develop technical design specifications.
• Maintain the requirement traceability matrix, record out-of-scope issues and escalate critical issues such as scope creep to managers.
• Develop acceptance criteria or test specs, assist in integration, system and user acceptance testing and implementation.
• Prepare user and operations manuals and organise user and operator training.
• Provide post-implementation support including production support and service requests.

Required profile

• Typically 3+ years of IT working experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent IT qualification.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes and experience with IT business analysis techniques.
• Ability to write and speak English, self-motivated, able to travel as required.

Required skills

• Ability to produce specifications for documentation and implementation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
