Business Analyst (Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives in a highly regulated environment. The role will drive end‑to‑end business analysis activities from solution design through testing, implementation, and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Drive solution design, testing, implementation and post‑go‑live validation activities.
• Facilitate workshops with business, compliance, IT and vendor stakeholders.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment with compliance expectations.
• Support COTS evaluation, vendor coordination and solution assessment.
• Define and support SIT/UAT/ORT activities, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Assist with implementation readiness, operational handover and post‑deployment validation.
• Act as the bridge between business, compliance, vendors and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, IT, compliance and vendors.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as hospitality, financial services or government.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
