Business Case Manager – Greater China Client Coverage

About the role
The Business Case Manager will support the Greater China client portfolio of a high‑net‑worth insurance broker. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure premium service delivery, client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain service standards to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle all client requests promptly and consistently.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements.
- Support the sales team in delivering excellent service to UHNW clients.
- Coordinate with business support and service providers to process transactions and address enquiries efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma qualification.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good knowledge of insurance products.
- Analytical and logical thinking.
