About the role

The Business Development Assistant Manager will support the growth of retail accounts for Global Tax Free, Singapore's licensed tax‑refund service provider. This role involves planning acquisition strategies, training staff and identifying business opportunities to improve merchant retention.

Key responsibilities

Plan, schedule and implement approaches to acquire retail accounts relevant to the business.
Suggest and propose new ideas and initiatives to management.
Provide quality training to front‑line staff and conduct regular store visits.
Review statistics, identify business opportunities and drive performance improvements.
Build multi‑level relationships with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training and IT teams.

Required profile

Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.
Retail experience preferred.
Self‑driven with an outgoing personality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Willingness to grow and improve business strategies together with the company.
