Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Consultant to own and grow our Singapore market. You will drive aggressive local business growth while collaborating with our Vietnam development team and Japanese headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new leads independently and with the Telemarketing team.
• Develop deep product expertise of our ERP solution and deliver compelling demos.
• Prepare quotations and business proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline and consistently work toward annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or related sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
• Driven, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
